Next time you pass by an ant hill, stop and look closely. See how well organized the insects are—building a perfect home for the colony. Next time you see a beehive, notice the bee’s organizational skills, too. Both the ants and the bees grab material from their environment and fashion the material into ant hills and beehives.
Then when you walk by a construction site where houses are being built, notice how well organized the construction team is. They’ve brought materials from their environment and are fashioning it into homes. The ways humans work together is no different fundamentally from the way ants and bees work. The homes that bees and ants fashion for themselves is fundamentally no different from the homes we build for ourselves.
