Imagine being so entrenched in a dual perspective that a singular, non-dual perspective seems impossible. Isn't that our regular everyday perspective?
By contrast, imagine being so entrenched in a non-dual perspective that a dual perspective seems impossible. That is, non-dualness became your everyday reality. Now imagine working hard to achieve a dual awareness (an awareness similar to the one we experience in our everyday reality). It's surely the same amount of effort as going from dual awareness to non-dual awareness-- from plural awareness to singular awareness.
From our point of view, we often aspire towards oneness/unity by meditating, going to church, or whatever.
Now imagine being the oneness and wanting to diversify and separate.
There is no oneness without separateness, nor is there separateness without oneness.
