Try to do one thing different each day. See what happens.
If you usually go to work one way, try another. If you usually order beef for dinner, try ordering a salad.
Embrace discomfort to an extent. Comfort is NOT a bad thing in itself. If you’re comfortable with something, use that as a way to rest, recover, or even build confidence. If you’re comfortable and good at something, then there’s room for practice. But if you stay comfortable, does that lead to growth and progression? The ONLY way to growth and progression is to try something new, which usually involves some discomfort.
If you’re uncomfortable, that’s a great sign. You’re growing. You probably don’t want to live exclusively experiencing discomfort all the time (though some people do). But if you become a little bit comfortable with being uncomfortable, it means you can grow even faster than by focusing on comfort exclusively.
