Privileged Perspectives

Sure, you may feel you have a privileged perspective, but don't other people have privileged perspectives, too?

Who says your point of view is right anyway? Is it because many others might agree with you? Many bought into Hitler’s point of view at the time, though at this point, he is condemned by almost everyone.

Is it because you agree with a specific philosophy or some “special book”? The medieval crusades—a horrific genocidal program carried out in the middle ages—was built around religious beliefs.

People live with their perspectives that they’ve built up during years of hard work. The perspectives are theirs.

All perspectives have some truth, and all perspectives are only partial. That is, a certain perspective leaves out some information.
